Doing our weekly site visits this week. Impressed with the lines of the precast concrete slabs, which were spot on level.

The perimeter wall surrounds a plot of just over one and half Rai at Khao Yai

Due to soil conditions every column has been piled to 3 metre depth to ensure future integrity.

The piling and foundations are completed on our Korat project. Today we pour ready mix concrete for the lower ring beam with some help from the crane and large concrete bucket.
The floor slab level will be 60 cm above ground, zero level (3 steps).
We will get the concrete slab and columns done before Songkran so that the concrete can cure during our holiday break.

We started another new house in Korat this week. The first job is piling the foundations as we do on most of our projects. We will prepare the site over the next few days ready for the Buddha ceremony next week.
The work schedule is to get the foundations done before Songkran.
