We are home building specialists with over 20 years of experience in Thailand. We build custom designed homes and manage four teams of house builders throughout the area all with a proven track record. We provide a complete service from your initial concept right through to a finished home.
Using our experienced architects, we can assist you with the design of your home, and once agreed we will prepare a fully detailed set of working drawings and specifications that are approved by structural engineers.
Once the plans are complete, William Property Construction will give you a fixed-price quotation, a full Scope of Works, and a building contract that conforms to Thailand’s legal requirements.
Our service includes a dedicated Project Manager that will look after you and your build from foundations to completion. Your Project Manager will keep you constantly updated on progress via telephone, email, photos, and videos.
