William Property Construction have been building Quality homes for Expats and Foreign Nationals in Thailand for over 20 years.

We will guide you through the entire process. Our recommended independent architects will work with you to custom design your new home to the style and requirements you prefer which will fit your budget. In addition to the design and perspectives the architects will also provide the engineering drawings with the detailed specifications.

Once you have decided on the plot of land where you would like to build your new home, Our English-speaking lawyers will be able to advise

you of your rights and do the necessary Due Diligence to ensure that you understand the legal process.

The William Property team will visit the site to determine the soil conditions. In most cases if the land has been filled with soil, we will advise Piling the foundations to a depth of 6/8 metres until we find bedrock. This method, which is approved by the structural engineers, means that the land fill is not load bearing and construction can commence as soon as the land is filled,

Once the architects complete the full engineering drawings, we can then obtain the Building Permit from the local authority and construction can commence.

William Property will then provide you with a Fixed Price Quotation, Scope of Works, Payment Schedule and a Building Contract. The normal building time is 6/8 months depending on the size of the house.

For construction we recommend the use of AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks which work well with the climate in Thailand. With a concrete tiled roof or as some clients prefer, a metal sheet roof with PU insulation.

Clients are also given theopportunity to choose all the finishing materials for the floors, Kitchen, bathrooms doors and either Aluminum or UPVC windows.
